Coastal Discovery & Wildlife Boat Tour

Join award winning local Central Coast photographer and Avila Beach Ocean Safaris owner, Vincent Shay, of VincentShayPhotography.com and grab your camera gear or just tag along as he guides you along the amazing Avila Beach and Pismo Beach coastline looking for seabirds and wildlife that calls the Central Coast waters their home.

This immersive tour is truly a ‘one of a kind’ enriching and unique 2-3 hour experience for the all experience levels! We love the photographers and nature lovers on this one. Our goal is to explore, learn and photographing marine wildlife and shorebirds and scenic landmarks such as the Point San Luis Lighthouse, Pirates Cover, Fossil Point, The Pismo Beach Pier, and the Chapman House. And more!

This is not a ‘whale watching tour’ and we do have those BOOK HERE, but we do explore and if we see whales we do! This is all about exploring and really going outside the Point San Luis Harbor and checking out the coastline.

From to time we will have Guest Biologists, Professional Photographers, Bird Experts and Marine Enthusiasts ON BOARD. We love to work with local professional Photographer, Amy Joseph and she will be on the vessel a lot pointing her camera and giving tips along the way.
